23rd Pick
The prospect of having a new wide receiver to go with our new QB sounds nice, but it seems to me that could be a mistake. Now, if Ginn is there, you have to take him b/c he has the potential to make us look silly for passing. Beyond that, none of the other WR's are projected to be solid #1 receivers. I think WR is deep and we could get one nearly as good in the following rounds. Our offense is moving away from the "big play", and there is value there at DT in Harrell and CB in Ross. Both are likely to contribute, and we are unlikely to find similar value in later rounds. Ross is the safer pick, but I would take Harrell to fill an immediate need.iguy2000 - April 5, 2007
