Excerpt:
On 10-14-2008 at approximately 2154 hrs the listed Victim responded to Center Patrol Station in regard to reporting an assault which occurred on 10-10-2008 at approximately 0215 hours.
...
The listed Victim stated the Suspect [Larry Johnson] then laughed and stated "All I wanted to tell you is I'm going to kill your boyfriend."
The story doesn't end there. Larry Johnson says he's "going to kill" the boyfriend because the victim had "been talking." After that threat was made, apparently Larry Johnson spit a drink in the victim's face and his bodyguards escorted her outside. When Larry Johnson was walking to his vehicle, the report states that he then tried to spit on the victim three more times.
If this is true, if it is, this is truly despicable behavior by a Kansas City Chiefs player who has had "similar" issues reported in the past.
For so long, people claimed Larry Johnson was a bad apple without much evidence and now it's tough to disagree with those accusations if this recent incident report turns out to be, for the most part, true.
Terrible judgement by a player who is becoming more reckless by the week, in his words and his actions.

Wow, just wow
Great find Chris.
Can’t believe a professional athlete doesn’t know how to act in public. If this is all true, especially with the reports coming out about this being the second incident this year and fourth overall, I would be amazed if Goddell doesn’t step in and slap a heavy suspension on him.
Chiefs n Chopper - October 20, 2008
It's Not Even About Being A Professional Athlete
Nobody should act like that in public.
UCrawford - October 20, 2008
I just don't understand...
How you can have SO much money, be a Top professional player in your sport, the best player on your team, tons of friends, and you got nothing better to do than to be in a club causing problems (?)
R2J_24 - October 20, 2008
It's not even being about an athlete
Or having money, friends, cars, etc.
I’d be just as outraged if one of my buddy’s did this. Ugh this is sick.
Joel Thorman - October 20, 2008
To be fair
This is an alleged incident. We don’t know the whole story quite yet.
Chris Thorman - October 20, 2008
Yes, but its also now a series of alleged incidents.
HIV 2 Elway - October 20, 2008
Definitely
I’m just pointing out that this particular incident has not been proven true.
Chris Thorman - October 20, 2008
Agreed.
Know why nobody’s ever accused me of this type of shit? BECAUSE I DON’T ASSOCIATE WITH PEOPLE OR SITUATIONS LIKE THIS. That’s the real problem, not getting caught.

Alleged Incidents
Coming from a Broncos fan, there weren’t any charges filed in Brandon Marshall’s cases (at least three of them) and Goodell initially suspended him for three games with the possibility of reducing it to two games if Brandon followed the rules of the suspension and attending league appointed counseling.
Marshall was able to get the suspension reduced to a single game (with two games pay forfeited) because he (and Rod Smith) were able to convince the appeals board that he learned his mistakes and was going to straighten up and fly right.
My point being, despite LJ having several alleged incidents doesn’t absolve him from getting punished by Goodell.
DesertBroncoFan - October 23, 2008
Joe Pa sure knows how to churn 'em out
jobe - October 22, 2008
Nobody
People who cannot handle their alcohol should not drink in public. Hell, they shouldn’t drink at all ! Do you think Larry can handle his alcohol? (sarcastiscally speaking)
The good thing about this is that Larry never did step up to be a team leader. It would have been worst on the young team members if he had. As it is, it’s bad enough.
Igorash - October 20, 2008
The 2008 Kansas City Chiefs
Fun for the whole family.
UCrawford - October 20, 2008
He seems so self destructive now
He doesn’t want to be in KC, that’s for sure.
Chris Thorman - October 20, 2008
Question Is
Who was the witness? Was it a friend of the victim? And will the owner of Club Blonde corroborate the story?
UCrawford - October 20, 2008
Very true
I wanted to emphasis the “allegedly” portions of this story.
Chris Thorman - October 20, 2008
I heard on the radio
The manager of the bar called her to apologize for the incident in his place.
Eric Allen - October 20, 2008
That's what it says
in the incident report too.
Chris Thorman - October 20, 2008
Miss India?
Coming home to this.
Eric Allen - October 20, 2008
Ha
Yeah and the financial crisis news. So much fun back here.
Chris Thorman - October 20, 2008
Price of gas is going down!
But Herm is still the same.
Eric Allen - October 20, 2008
LJ too!
Eric Allen - October 20, 2008
Calling The Victim Personally
And backing her story in court if charges are pressed are two different things. Club owners enjoy having celebrities come into their establishments because it helps business…even if Johnson was a problem, they don’t necessarily want to do anything that might drive other Chiefs players away.
UCrawford - October 20, 2008
Getting a bad rep
For his club with the celebrities bouncers tackling them is not good either!
Eric Allen - October 20, 2008
I was stunned at that
Lanier63 - October 20, 2008
Could your ticker take it?(he-he)
Eric Allen - October 20, 2008
Tackling a woman at that!
Eric Allen - October 20, 2008
Blonde
Is usually friendly to athletes. It’s one of the few club like atmospheres in Kansas City.
Joel Thorman - October 20, 2008
Trying to get released?
Maybe he thinks if he fucks up enough the Chiefs will cut him. Or he just does not like women.
Eric Allen - October 20, 2008
If He Screws Up That Much
He’ll have bigger problems than what he’s got now…Goodell has been very consistent in cracking down on this sort of behavior with suspensions. And teams have no interest in adding more baggage unless they’re completely desperate. Also, if he was making threats and engages in behavior that violates his contract, he could end up being forced to repay guaranteed money.
Plus, if Johnson were to get cut, his reported history of negative behavior this season towards the coaching staff and team in general is going to severely hurt his ability to find another job. So I doubt it’s a gambit. I think Johnson’s just a moron.
UCrawford - October 20, 2008
Maybe he's hoping to get picked up by the Cowboys
He’d be a good fit there.
dave-o - October 20, 2008
What is it about midnight?
Nothing good happens after midnight.
Lanier63 - October 20, 2008
Does in my house!
Eric Allen - October 20, 2008
I guess there are exceptions
Lanier63 - October 20, 2008
I Always Thought That Was A Good Statement
Right up there with “If you can’t get any by midnight, go home and go to bed.” (Barry Goldwater)
UCrawford - October 20, 2008
CLEAN HOUSE
I want the entire organization flushed. Burn the damn team to the ground and start over. I am so unfathomably disappointed in this team right now.
Ridiculous Matt - October 20, 2008
Matt you have turned360 degrees!
Eric Allen - October 20, 2008
180 degrees
360 is full circle.
Mully - October 20, 2008
That Too
He just did it twice. :)
UCrawford - October 20, 2008
He was saying the
same things last year, did a 180, then did another.
Eric Allen - October 20, 2008
I never turned back on LJ
I’ve been saying he’s a problem for a long time.
As far as the organization goes, the continued tolerance of stuff like this, the way they’ve handled Tony, they’ve ruined all the faith I gave them.
Ridiculous Matt - October 20, 2008
HAHA
webby37 - October 20, 2008
Kill your boyfriend....
That sounds like terroristic threat on top of the assault charge.
Eric Allen - October 20, 2008
Dang, dont add fuel to that fire.
R2J_24 - October 20, 2008
Am I wrong though?
Eric Allen - October 20, 2008
Hahaha!
No! Not at all… I just want to hear that. We don’t want L.J. to be our version of Michael Vick…. At least I don’t.
R2J_24 - October 20, 2008
I mean...
I just DON’T want to hear that…. Larry IS screwing up. I know that… Let the guy serve his consequence. Hopefully he changes.
R2J_24 - October 20, 2008
Threatening Harm
Is actually 3rd degree assault in the eyes of the law only if the person felt threatened.
ashleylat - October 20, 2008
*Immediate harm
Not sure if it’s the same in MO, but there’s still probably a misdemeanor when combined with the direct assault on the woman.
Official Arrowhead Pride Parade - October 20, 2008
Yeah
My experience is just saying I’m going to kill your boyfriend will bring a 3rd degree assault charge he could be looking at a 2 separate charges from this one incident.
ashleylat - October 21, 2008
Announcing the 2008 NFL Shit squad
QB – Michale Vick
RB – Larry Johnson
RB – Travis Henry
WR – Chris Henry
WR – Terrell Owens
DB – Pacman Jones
DL – Tank Johnson
Jerseys now on sale! (all monies raised go the defense funds of these needy athletes)
*Note – the stripes on these jerseys are not to be confused with referee stripes. Prison stripes are a unique brand under a licensing agreement with Al Davis.
Lanier63 - October 20, 2008
Tank Johnson
Has actually been doing a very good job of staying out of trouble since he went to Dallas. And the charges that got him kicked off the Bears were dropped and the NFL didn’t feel they merited further suspension.
UCrawford - October 20, 2008
Guilt by association?
I’m like the New York post, why print any truth?
Lanier63 - October 20, 2008
He Was A Young Guy Who Made A Few Mistakes
And he seems to have overcome them. He can’t really be equated with Henry, Vick, Johnson, and Jones who’ve screwed up repeatedly well past the age where it could be described as youthful indiscretion or who’ve done things that can’t really be pawned off on “being young”.
T.O. probably falls into a different camp since he’s generally stayed out of trouble off the field except for that overdose (which may very well have been accidental). But I don’t have a problem with him being on the list because he’s a team-killing cancer who’s only been quiet in Dallas because they let him do whatever he wants (even if it hurts the team).
UCrawford - October 20, 2008
you forgot
Cedric Benson
Igorash - October 20, 2008
Eh
Considering both of those charges were dropped I’d say he got hosed on that deal.
Joel Thorman - October 20, 2008
As I said yesterday, cut the sh!tbag.
DThomasReigns - October 20, 2008
I doubt he'd get cut.
Look at how many chances Pac-Man has gotten. Plus, Herm (being the “player’s coach”) that he is, he won’t cut him. He’ll probably let him serve his suspension and learn from it. I don’t think L.J. has ever had to deal with the league to this degree. I mean, I know he got fined for pulling Troy Palamalu up by the hair, but this is huge… Hopefully he learns his lesson and seeks to redeem himself.
R2J_24 - October 20, 2008
Pacman never hit a woman.
Rather he was trying to help struggling women with his garbage bag of singles.
HIV 2 Elway - October 20, 2008
I have been saying it all day
LJ is plain ol’ trash. There is NO excuse for his behavior and unfortunately, I know of other incidents that didn’t get reported either.
I saw him early on the night that this happened and he was hammered drunk and talking crap to everyone that would listen to him. I promptly got my drink and went the other direction to avoid his sad display. Not only did he have the problem reported but he was talking crap to another friend of mine who left the club rather than be around his behavior.
Just drop him…no one like that is worth having on a team no matter how good they are!
THS '94 - October 20, 2008
LJ's a pussy, on and off the field.
Dances behind the line of scrimmage on the field. Roughs up chicks off the field. Hope he feels like man while he’s pushing a woman around.
HIV 2 Elway - October 20, 2008
I'd take....
100 Bam Morris’s or Vanover’s over a single woman basher. Drug trafficking is fueled by poor judgment and greed. Beating on females, repeatedly, is just disturbing.
HIV 2 Elway - October 20, 2008
Larry Johnson is a monster and a predator and belongs in Cincinatti or Leavenworth, not here.
Dan Holmes - October 20, 2008
Cincinatti is lovely!
It’s the KC of the Mideast, and skyline chili, while over-rated is still pretty tasty.
Official Arrowhead Pride Parade - October 20, 2008
Why not cut LJ now?
We have approx $40M in cap space this year that is not going to be used. We will surely have a lot of cap room next year.
We absorb the hit with no consequence this year, are able to function normally under the cap next year, we cut LJ, and we don’t wait until we are competitive and need every dime of the cap.
DO IT NOW…please.
DThomasReigns - October 20, 2008
The hit would come in 2009
And it would be around $16 million. That would be like 15% of our total cap space on a player that isn’t on the team. Let’s run his ass into the ground so he can’t get another job.
Joel Thorman - October 20, 2008
You are an evil dude PT, I like it!
Eric Allen - October 20, 2008
I like that idea… As a matter of fact, we kinda have a situation where we don’t really have a qb. Larry complained he wasn’t getting the ball enough why don’t we cut everything out of the playbook and and every play we hand it of to Larry and run him to to the right side every play.
KC Tat Guy - October 20, 2008
sounds good to me....where's that complicated playbook that we had?
aPacificChief - October 21, 2008
Valid point
But are we going to be spending like crazy on free agents next year? If next year is comparable to this one, we would still have $24M of unused cap space after cutting LJ and after singing a top 5 pick, and he is off the books by 2010.
DThomasReigns - October 20, 2008
We need a QB
Actually a couple QBs and those are the most expensive contracts. On top of that, the extra cap space is kind of a misnomer because some of it will be used in resigning guys to longterm deals.
Joel Thorman - October 20, 2008
Outside of DJ, who warrants a big money deal?
And what FA QBs are we going to sign who demand big money? Are there any out there…at all?
DThomasReigns - October 20, 2008
There will be someone
There always is. Pollard (?), Hali (? not big money), Bowe…I know they’re very early into their deals but we could push a bunch of the money up front and get it out of the way.
Joel Thorman - October 20, 2008
secondary
i think our secondary is actually good, along w/ tamba hali, dorsey already has big money. on offense, theres Bowe, I think Jamal Charles will be good once we get our O-line situated. Waters and Branden Albert cant do everything themselves.
nfamous209 - October 20, 2008
suspend or cut
man this guy has no respect for fans, career, or him self. he should be suspended w/o pay rest of the year then try and trade his ass in the off season, try and get a high draft pick or something.
nfamous209 - October 20, 2008
BTW!!!
Just a little fact that some of you might not know.
Larry Johnson was BANNED from the club Mosaic in the Power and Light District because of his actions!!
It is really hard to get banned from a bar.
Managers all around KC should stop letting him in.
THS '94 - October 20, 2008
When did we turn into "that" organization.
The Chiefs are so messed up in so many ways. I want dignity!
Vince D - October 20, 2008
Dispicable actions...
my wife had an ex who threatened to kill her and myself…needless to say he move halfway across the country. I’m a gun touting red blooded America…he was not. In any case, LJ has two options….make a complete turnaround(ala Brandon Marshall) or continue being a crazy abusive loser. BMarsh is young and impressionable and is surrounded by the right people….LJ is a veteran and less likely to be guided by other veterans. My take, LJ is just an a-hole and will never change.
Another difference….BMarsh dropped the crazy girlfriend that was causing all of this problems…LJ stalks his ex girlfriend and threatens to kill the boyfriend. Good luck Chiefs fans…lose LJ, keep Gonzalez. I can’t believe your coach tried to trade him…he’s only 32!! Shannon Sharpe was effective until he was at least 35. It just feels like the Chiefs organization wants to stay bad for at least 5-6 years….that is Raider-like, not Chief-like. Come on!
Tim Lynch - October 21, 2008
It Wasn't An Ex-Girlfriend
It was some girl he tried to pick up in a bar who wasn’t having it.
UCrawford - October 21, 2008
Wow...he isn't used to women rejecting him.
That means he considers women to be objects rather than people. What a sad human being.
Tim Lynch - October 21, 2008
Brandon Marshall
Hasn’t had any incidents in the last few months but the charges against him are alarming as well. Except, if memory serves me correctly, he never hit the ex, right?
Joel Thorman - October 21, 2008
He did smack her, but she also smack him.
If you know as much about the reports as I do, you’ll realize that his girlfriend was crazy nuts who had known BMarsh since 8th grade and knew all the right buttons to push to piss him off. BMarsh has NOT gotten into trouble with the law since he dropped her once and for all. That to me is the important thing…when he served his suspension he moved into Jay Cutler’s basement and stayed at his house for the duration of the suspension. From my perspective, BMarsh has done all the right things to become the player he wanted to become. LJ….I just don’t think he is essentially a good person like BMarsh is…therefore I don’t see LJ changing into a better person down the road.
The Chiefs won’t be losing much by dumping him…though I think it would be a mistake for Herm the Germ to get rid of Tony Gonzalez.
Tim Lynch - October 21, 2008
thug punk
typical ghetto bred thug punk just like l phillips, p jones, m clarrett, l thomas, l billips, etc. if he wasn’t in the nfl he’d be selling rocks on the corner since i doubt that he can read and write !!
fsufan0025 - October 28, 2008
