Russel Wilson sucks
Brandon Weeden is beasting
Zerbie Sanders looking like a high second round pick
IPWT2009 - January 28, 2012
Quintin Coples getting shut out
IPWT2009 - January 28, 2012
do they have regular NCAA rules and regs, or is it like the Pro Bowl where "defense" isn't allowed?
ie, vanilla …
upamtn - January 28, 2012
cant blitz and you have to play cover 1 or 3
also no such thing as intentional grounding
IPWT2009 - January 28, 2012
Unitl that pick he was...
I like Brandon Weeden, it is too bad he is so ancient. He will be a good pick up for some team.
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
that was a very athletic INT though
and he was drilled as he threw it. An excusable INT
IPWT2009 - January 28, 2012
Meh...
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
Disagree on Wilson.
That corner route was pretty much on-time and to the pylon. Getting the timing down might be the issue, there.
I really liked seeing Wilson on the bootlegs. A QB like that can meet the OL more than halfway on the pass pro’ front.
hmills110 - January 28, 2012
I could see a WCO HC/OC taking a shot at Wilson and Moore for a backup
But damn … Moore makes my man, Jeff Garcia, look like he had a rifle for an arm. And Wilson’s arm is about comparable to Garcia’s. At least from my no-nuthin eyes and very hazy memory.
LocoLoboChico - January 28, 2012

Where have we seen that before?
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
Don't let Russel Wilson near the Chiefs...
You can keep him Craig.
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
Russel Wilson = Troy Williams
IPWT2009 - January 28, 2012
Whoever he is equal to doesn't play in the NFL.
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
that Ohio State QB who played for the Ravens for a while?
IPWT2009 - January 28, 2012
went to the Niners and bombed there too
IPWT2009 - January 28, 2012
Troy Smith?
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
I can see that, but even Troy Smith was 6 foot...
and was more athletic.
Pretty good comparison though.

Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
ah Smith! I knew I got it wrong
IPWT2009 - January 28, 2012
They were comparing Wilson to Flutie, this week.
And the short guy NEEDS that jump pass in his repertoire, and it takes arm strength to do it well. Wilson prob’ly has a stronger arm than Flutie had.
The comparison to Brees was made, also, and they were saying Brees has a thicker build.
I think I’d be tempted by either Weeden or Wilson, in the 2nd or even the 1st, after trade-down, if I thought I could do what I needed in the 2nd and 3rd to address a few other things.
hmills110 - January 28, 2012
Wow Mills,
I couldn’t disagree more with wasting a pick on Weeden or Wilson that early, especially the first.
Weeden is a good stop gap guy, but I wouldn’t go higher than a third in desperation and Wilson would never fit the system the Chiefs try and employ IMO especially after watching Palko flounder about. Plus, I just have doubts on Wilson’s over all ability to be a QB in the NFL.
I think Weeden is the safest pick in the draft at QB after RGIII and Luck. Unfortunately, if the Chiefs want him they may need to go that high. This is not a QB draft.
Understatement.
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
Why are you comparing wilson to Palko?
Theyre nothing alike as prospects or players.
ChiefWarPaint - January 28, 2012
as players they have similar size...
Wilson is more a WC offense guy, that is why I was saying he won’t fit.
If we bring in Tom Clements and switch from an EHP offense, then maybe. However, until that happens he won’t fit.
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
Wilson is much smaller, but has a much better arm
And we already run some WC-style offense
ChiefWarPaint - January 28, 2012
EP offense
LadyChief - January 28, 2012
I like those QBs who win in space against linemen.
A guy who could slide and run like Wilson might’ve had a lot of fun dropping back for KC in 2011, with vision and arm to go with the mobility. After missing the fade to McNutt (or being blamed for the incompletion) from the pocket, he’ll likely earn some demerits in the eyes of many. To my eye, that was as much about McNutt not just going balls-out to the corner. Flattened off his route, when the ideal spot for the ball was straight to the corner, away from the (beaten) defender.
hmills110 - January 28, 2012
We still run sone WC
The Patriots are technically an EP offense too but its not like theyre restricted to it.
ChiefWarPaint - January 28, 2012
The only West Coast we have on this team
is Jim Zorn at QB Coach.
You can like Wilson, that is wonderful. I think he will struggle in the NFL, I don’t think he is a good as Moore up stairs in football smarts, but to each their own QB in QB deprived draft.
I would stay away from Wilson until after the draft potentially.
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
Noted.
hmills110 - January 28, 2012
We still run some WC stuff
Were not EP 24/7, besides the point i dont think wilson is just a WC guy.
ChiefWarPaint - January 28, 2012
That is fine...
I watched him play well, like when he beat the hell out of Nebraska and I have watched him play poorly, like his crummy footwork today.
I’m not that excited about the kid, his arm or his aggressive nature. I think he will throw a lot picks in the NFL and doesn’t have the size.
It’s okay if you like him, lots of people do, but Wilson isn’t for me.
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
And youre honestly questioning Wilsons football smarts?
Thats the one thing that shouldnt be questioned, he picks up new offenses very well, understands and diagnoses defenses and goes through progressions.
ChiefWarPaint - January 28, 2012
I'm not saying he is an idiot...
I just think Moore has him beat in football IQ
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
I agree
moore is smarter
kcchiefs2782 - January 28, 2012 via Android app
Looking forward to see Kellen Moore play
He is one of the biggest x factors in the draft.
andrew33 - January 28, 2012
he is one of the biggest F factors in rookie free agency
fixed
IPWT2009 - January 28, 2012
He's won 50 out of 53 games
and lost two of them in the last seconds of the game because of his kicker missed 26 and 34 yard field goal. The other one he lost by 3 and his kicker in the third quarter missed a 30 yarder. He’s beat oregon twice, georgia, vtech, oregon state, nevada, tcu. I just want to see him play before dismissing it.
andrew33 - January 28, 2012
They question his arm strength though...
As we watched with Palko, that can be huge in the NFL.
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
Yeah
but there have been a lot of successful QBs without strong arms. The difference between Palko and Moore is that Palko panics, and has no idea what to do. Moore is accurate, smart, does not panic from what we have seen in boise state. And i get the feeling one of Moore’s strengths is his ability to have so much chemistry with his wide receivers, something palko never had in his NFL career.
Not to mention Palko never got close to any of Moore’s records in college.
andrew33 - January 28, 2012
I like Kellen Moore more than Wilson...
They both will have a tough time in the NFL though, there is no denying that Kellen Moore is a winner though… a winner like Lady Chief Gif’s.
Pure Win.
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
Yes.
He has so much intangibles tied with him like the fact that his dad was a coach and a bright football mind. He has also studied tape and plays since he was very young. He has also excelled in every level in football. Championships in his high school days, his days in washington with MVPs everywhere. Could be a bust, but i wanna see what he has haha

You can't really compare Dorsey to Moore numbers wise
Here is Ken Dorsey, who had great NFL size by the way.
PASSING RUSHING
Year G-S Att-Com-Int Pct. Yards TD LP Att Yards Avg. TD LP
2002 13-13 393-222-12 56.5 3369 28 77 23 -39 -1.7 0 12

Moore has been killing it out there is Boise.
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
and he lost 2 games his whole career
So from the basis of winning it is a fair comparison. Dorsey blew in the NFL and he physically was more prepared coming out of college
RamX21 - January 28, 2012
So you are basing Kellen Moore's future off of a Miami Hurricane QB from 10 years ago?
I’m not saying Kellen Moore will be a great pro, but he has a decent opportunity to be a good player.
He is smart, can make some throws and knows how to finish games. If you get the kid some height, he could really be something. I like him more than Russel Wilson, but both are risky prospects in the NFL.
There is no denying Kellen Moore’s impact in college, he was great.
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
I'm saying that just because he won in college doesn't mean he will do well in the pros
RamX21 - January 28, 2012
Well we all know that...
I’m just saying he is a talented young QB with potential.
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
But you have to be concerned that he can't make all the throws.
If he can get deep game off timing routes (short drops, quick throws), he could look pretty good. But some defenses (like the Ravens) will dare you to throw those intermediate and deep outs, and he doesn’t look like he has the arm to take those, even though Bowe is an artist at those.
hmills110 - January 28, 2012
that does concern me

LadyChief - January 28, 2012
We didn't have any buffalo in our creek.
It was too small. Had to go down to the Big Piney for big fish like buffalo, drum, channel cat, flatheads, ect. Well, the Little Piney just down the holler had channel cat. But there’s not very many Buffalo, drum and carp down in these Ozark creeks. They’re mostly in the bigger rivers.
LocoLoboChico - January 28, 2012
I caught it out of Stockton Lake................
and promptly told him it was a fish instead of a buffalo!
LadyChief - January 28, 2012
Heh!
My grandpa told me they were named Buffalo because of their big heads and brownish, rusty color. Sounded good to me when I caught my first one out of the Gasconade River.
Ahhh, Stockton … Fished some tailwaters/feeder creeks around it once on one of my road trips. Umm … like the Greenfield and Stockton (the town, lol) areas, I think? Kinda remember the dam, too.
LocoLoboChico - January 28, 2012
Growin' up, I fished a crick that fed into the Susquehanna River.
Largemouth, smallmouth, walleye, pickerel, and native and stocker trout. Some bullhead, but not much in the way of catties. Back before there were laws against it, catching shiner (and trout and bass and sucker) minnows, and hookin’ ’em through the lips was killer for all species, especially the smallmouth bass (my favorites) during the doldrums of summer.
hmills110 - January 28, 2012
And bluegill and punkin-seeds. The occasional perch.
A big perch pulls like a good-sized smallmouth, but still fights in those tighter, sunfish-type circles.
Big bluegill are kind of a kick, because they get that dinnerplate sideways on you and their pull is sharper than a big bass. I was really into ultralight spinning back in the ‘70s. Once I got that Garcia-Mitchell .308, it was all I used for big or small fish. Used a .300 when I wanted to go after the pike-types, because of the klunky lures and steel leaders. Had to swap out my light-action rod on the .300 when I went big, but I usually didn’t like going big.
hmills110 - January 28, 2012
Hey ... catching perch and blue gill is a lot of fun.
Yeah, I use like ultra ultralight stuff too. I finally broke down and bought new stuff last winter. I have a Shimano AXULSA spinner mated to a 4’6 Shimano Sojurn rod. 2 and 4pd. test.
I just fish catch & release for fun … mostly just wade fishing, or floating down the creek in my little 10 foot jon boat. I can’t swim or float, so canoes scare the hell out of me! Still love to explore the small creeks, and float the small rivers. Sitting/standing in one place for catfish very long is NOT me!
I never had the patience, nor could get the hang of flyrod fishing for trout either. Never liked fooling with baitcasting reels either. Spinning gear for me, or nuthin.
Used a 1993 Shimano 1000 X spinner and a G. Loomis something or rather (like 2000??) light action for trout. Also took that rig with me to Wyoming.
And used a 1993 Shimano 4000 X spinner and a something or rather (like 4010??) G Loomis medium action for salmon and steelhead, and a little saltwater fishing off the piers, when I lived in Nor Cal. I always liked Shimano reels and the little bit cheaper versions of G. Loomis rods. (shrug)
LocoLoboChico - January 28, 2012
I still use the reels I bought or inherited as a kid, back in the '70s.
Living in Idaho and Colorado, I pretty much abandoned the old spin-fishing. Haven’t fished much in recent years. Immobile enough, these days, that getting back into it probably means fishing from a boat. Eyes ain’t as sharp, as they used to be, either, so dry-fly fishing isn’t as much fun (because I’m just not that good at it, anymore), and I was never a great nymph fisherman. Never understood bait-casting, because it never came up. Would’ve come up if I’d stayed in KC.
hmills110 - January 28, 2012
The Susquehanna? I thought you were an Idaho boy? Not Western PA lol?
Ohh yeah, quite a few small smallmouth in my (was my grandpa’s creek, imo, lol.) too. And of course, Pumpkin Seed Perch, Blue Gill, Largemouth, Green Eared Sunfish (aka: perch), bullheads, and I wouldn’t say there isn’t a small channel cat or two in it after it gets up big in the spring. But my creek is fairly small.
And loads of suckers. Its still somewhat popular around here to gig suckers during the night. And then have a big sucker fry. I want nothing to do with the boney damn things.
Using minnows, perch, blue gill and shiners is still legal for bait fish here. But yeah, you can’t keep Bigmouth except between Memorial Day weekend and Oct. 1st. And now, they have to be 12 inches minimum to keep at all from running streams.
Hell, I think just plain ole earth worms is pretty killer for just about all species.

ChiefWarPaint - January 28, 2012
Same here.
But i always liked Flutie and Gannon more than everybody else, too.
hmills110 - January 28, 2012
Kinda like Pead for our next RB. But is the first I've seen him play.
But being a HELLA Pac-10 Homie, Polk is still my sentimental fave. And SDSU Aztec boi is showing how horrible his accuracy is… just like his whole college career. (le sigh)
LocoLoboChico - January 28, 2012
Len Dawson MVP senior bowl and super bowl
ArrowheadHunter - January 28, 2012
so the Chiefs are drafting Len Dawson?
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
LadyChief - January 28, 2012
No way
He is a QB with first round potential, they’d never do that
ArrowheadHunter - January 28, 2012
I bet he could still out-throw Kellen Moore
Nick Britt - January 28, 2012
Agreed
That guy is a tebow-esque thrower
ArrowheadHunter - January 28, 2012
Meh
maybe Palko
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
No, they'll wait till he rides the pine for some other team.
And then they’ll trade for him.

Len Dawson doesn't.

ChiefWarPaint - January 28, 2012
Nick Foles is an intriguing guy
He really is.
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
Agreed
I wouldn’t be opposed to drafting Foles.
andrew33 - January 28, 2012
I think he might be able to be coached into a decent QB.
He has a great base for tools. Plus, decent footwork for a big man
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
Can we get one that is all grown up?
LadyChief - January 28, 2012
No
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012

LadyChief - January 28, 2012

that doesn’t require to much training
LadyChief - January 28, 2012

Big armed captain checkfown
ChiefWarPaint - January 28, 2012
Joe Flacco was a dropped pass away from the Super Bowl
and has went to the playoffs every year since coming to the league.
That would be awful to do that in Kansas City, I agree.
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
Took him years of development
Even then he was average if that all year long
ChiefWarPaint - January 28, 2012
most QB's take time
He hasn’t missed the playoffs since being draft in 2008.
Troy Aikman went 1-15 his first year. Even Peyton Manning took some time, they can’t all be Tom Brady.
Joe Flacco is a decent QB, he isn’t a world beater, but he is okay. I’m not his biggest fan, but I’m not a hater either. He resume is moderately impressive so far.
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
Brady didn't start at all his 1st year.
hmills110 - January 28, 2012
I meant that in terms of coming in from nothing and winning the Super Bowl
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012

ArrowheadHunter - January 28, 2012
Sanders struggling at RT
Bull rushes are a definite issue
ChiefWarPaint - January 28, 2012
He got Bull Rushed late
but he was pretty solid most of the game…maybe the best OT play in the game.
Kane - January 28, 2012
Yeah, and a lot depends on what you're trying to accomplish.
Looked like he did his assignments. Was funny when his assignment was Zach Brown, and he just sort of stood around, because Brown never diagnosed the play.
hmills110 - January 28, 2012
If you want a guy to finesse the big guys to death in a Houston-esque ZBS.
And a RT similar to Houston’s, I still kinda like Sanders. I don’t think you can judge possible ZBS O-line guys very well watching them in 1-on-1 drills, or playing in an exhibition game with just power blocking. Just my no-nuthin opinion. Sanders would have help blocking the powerful bull-rushing guys with us … I would think? Like you said – hitting on all his assignments would impress ZBS scouts more. I would think. (shrug)
LocoLoboChico - January 28, 2012
Terrible playcalling
He could have given his players a chance to show what they have. 3 straight running plays with Kellen Moore at QB? Even if they don’t convert, doesn’t frazier want to see how well the players on the defense play?
andrew33 - January 28, 2012
Throw me the ball................
LadyChief - January 28, 2012
I. Pead
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012

andrew33 - January 28, 2012
fo sho
stagdsp - January 28, 2012 via mobile
I like the 5'9'' 219 pound Martin, from Boise State.
I like those compact RBs.
Pead’s definitely exciting. Would’ve been nice to have gone OL in 2010 and then a luxury scat-back pick would be just the thing.
hmills110 - January 28, 2012
I like Pead's explosivenees thru the whole, and pulling away speed.
He looks like he has extra gears like JC. I’m gonna go against the thunder and lightning concept and say I want another smaller speed back similar to JC to rotate with one another. A guy with good pass-blocker/blitz picker-upper, and receiving skills too. Dex has quicks and agility, but he just doesn’t hit a hole and explode thru it. And he doesn’t seem to have an extra higher gear either like JC does. I like Dex a lot better as a receiver to get in the open field and dance around tacklers to get his yards.
Playing behind an itty-bitty ZBS line, I want another guy that can hit and explode thru those small creases, and push us down the field by getting yardage in big chunks. We’re going to have to hit doubles, triples and homeruns with our running game, cause we ain’t got a QB that can do that. Maybe Cyrus Gray is worth consideration, too?
OTOH, I still like the compact all-around backs that push the chains, too. Chris Polk is still my fave; he kinda reminds of Marshall Faulk and Priest. But I like Doug Martin and that guy from Miss State … Vick Ballard. But if we keep midget Center and Guards, trying to pound it between the tackles will be futile for us.
LocoLoboChico - January 28, 2012
Martin is a very good looking prospect
BAMFSpecialOps - January 29, 2012
I wish
Kellen Moore could have thrown it more
andrew33 - January 28, 2012
Yeah they didn't show him too much
and the receivers didn’t do him any favors.
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
has hue jackson been picked up by anybody
or al saunders
niageriannit1 - January 28, 2012
i don't think so...
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
our we down to scraps for oc to pick up or
our the chiefs getting somebody from NE
niageriannit1 - January 28, 2012
looks like yet again we'll be picking up the scraps left over by everyone
Brian Daboll is my guess. Would like to see us get Hue Jackson or Al Saunders though.
trentchiefsfan - January 28, 2012
Brian Daboll might be the guy
but for some reason, I think they are going to go in a different direction.
Most of us are resigning ourselves to Daboll though it seems.
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
then why the wait?
he’s “free” right now isn’t he? or is he still under contract …
upamtn - January 28, 2012
Well I have no idea...
My thinking is Brian Ferentz…
or Pepper Johnson is holding up the whole process and they want to make all the announcements together.
I’m trying to not let it bother me, but Bruce Arians getting had by the Colts was disappointing to me. Still, it isn’t time to start pouting yet, there are some worthy people out there still.
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
i got to think the chiefs never asked arians to come to kc
kc or the colts come on man
niageriannit1 - January 28, 2012
Matt Cassel or Andrew Luck
who would you rather have if you’re a new OC?
upamtn - January 28, 2012
luck
niageriannit1 - January 28, 2012
Yep
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
and Arians shall have him with the Colts
upamtn - January 28, 2012
If it becomes Ferentz I'd be disappointed
Only proves Pioli has no interest of looking for coaches outside the NE tree. Believe it or not Scott, NE aren’t the only team that have great coaches/players
trentchiefsfan - January 28, 2012
I think Ferentz has a bright future in coaching...
He has done a great job with those tight ends. He isn’t the perfect candidate, but I like what he brings.
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
i think the chiefs would of gottin daboll by now i don't see that one
niageriannit1 - January 28, 2012
thought he was still under contract with miami?
the great thunderlips - January 28, 2012
the only person that has been hired that I was disappointed about
was Bruce Arians?
Who was hired that you are missing out on?
Brian Schottenheimer?
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
don't care for daboll hue or saunders are my choice now
niageriannit1 - January 28, 2012
Are they hired yet?
or do you just feel the Chiefs won’t hire them and are worried?
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
al saunders would be good
not sure if he’s been released by oakland
niageriannit1 - January 28, 2012
I'm not sure the Chiefs want to change out of the EP system
or go back to Saunders…
They will hire someone sooner or later and we will all move on to the next must know scenario.
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
yeah but the chiefs haven't had a system on offense, wouldn't hurt to change
hell i would ask vermeil to come back as oc
niageriannit1 - January 28, 2012
I agree, but at the same time...
The system wasn’t broken it was the play caller. I think the EP system needs an aggressive smart play caller to be successful, but you also need a good QB that doesn’t go down easy.
I love the Air Coryell offense, but I don’t think the Chiefs are smart enough to switch back, the line would improve and McCluster would beast. I just don’t think Pioli will pull the trigger. This ZB line system is ready made for Air Coryell.
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
haley called the plays last year, why else would u hire muir to be your puppet offensive coordinator
niageriannit1 - January 28, 2012
I'm not sure Haley hired Muir
but that doesn’t matter… At this point, I just want the Chiefs to get some new coaches and actually move forward.
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012

Just because they aren’t broadcasting to the world doesn’t mean they aren’t looking.
Don’t disregard how much Kent Babb’s story screwed the coaching pooch.
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
u got alot of teams that offer a shopping list of candidates to the media, as to who the team is looking at but not in
KC. oh well i’m use to this shit
niageriannit1 - January 28, 2012
Does that benefit the teams by doing that?
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
No but it makes teams think and maybe act quicker on someone they like
arians been out there for awhile and we never heard the chiefs are interested in him
niageriannit1 - January 28, 2012
That doesn't mean the Chiefs weren't interested in him
There were rumors they went after him last season too, so I doubt they sat on there thumbs.
The questions comes down to trusting Romeo Crennel.
Do you trust him to put together a decent staff after you wanted him to be the head coach?
If you do, relax and they will get someone.
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
thats what i'm banking on with romeo
niageriannit1 - January 28, 2012
There you go
The announcement will come soon enough… think about the Emery story today.
Joel said it would be next week, then two minutes later he was the new GM of Chicago.
Romeo said he would be interviewing during the senior bowl and that is probably exactly what he is doing.
My guess:
We will have an announcement on Monday or Tuesday.
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
wait ... what are you saying about Joel? ;-)
upamtn - January 28, 2012
Joel
or the Senior Vice President of Nonsensical Debate?
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
gnu information?
LadyChief - January 28, 2012
He is on top of the gnus
If I had Photoshop skills Joel would be mounted a top the gnus. Where is Bfett when you need him?
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
maybe we could rent weis on sundays for oc
niageriannit1 - January 28, 2012
I thought the plan was to not run Thomas Jones up the middle next season?
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
good plan, you're hired
upamtn - January 28, 2012
That is what is comes down too?
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
Blinders must have a better resume
LadyChief - January 28, 2012
I don't know about that...
I think I could do better than Bill Muir or Solari.
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
yep
LadyChief - January 28, 2012
solari man i forgot about him that dude was awful
niageriannit1 - January 28, 2012
we did that without weis
niageriannit1 - January 28, 2012
we did that with Weis too...
Weis drove me crazy late in the season of 2010.
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
but tj didn't fall down as much that year
niageriannit1 - January 28, 2012
Apparently you don't remember the end of the season.
it was when he called the runs more than Thomas Jones ability that year.
He did call a better passing game though. I was never a huge Weis fan, I was a Haley fan, now it seems it was mostly Jamaal Charles.
The Chiefs need someone that can call plays and develop a good game plan and adjust at half time.
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
yeah i know
niageriannit1 - January 28, 2012
i would like to know if last year there was any truth in the rumor that pioli inquired about trading for peyton manning from the colts last year
niageriannit1 - January 28, 2012
no clue if he did or not, but in retrospect it;'s a good thing we did NOT get him then
upamtn - January 28, 2012
yes
niageriannit1 - January 28, 2012
if the chiefs could get luck or RG 3 in the draft which one would u take and why
niageriannit1 - January 28, 2012
You can't go wrong with either player
But I would go with Luck because he is the more traditional player and gives me less injury scare long term than RGIII.
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
does RG 3 remind u of vick
niageriannit1 - January 28, 2012
no, not really
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
Luck............
I think he IS more than likely to have success in the NFL
LadyChief - January 28, 2012
Really though
RGIII is something special though. He can throw accurate and his speed is ridiculous. Great pocket awareness and intelligence.
Too bad Emery didn’t go the the Colts, then maybe we could of had a trade.
Chief-blinders-on - January 28, 2012
trade.......................
that gives me chills
LadyChief - January 28, 2012
I'm hoping the Chiefs trade down
